The Social Enterprise Institute is committed to building sector and practitioner capacity by delivering training, resources and technical assistance to not-for-profit organisations seeking to develop or grow their social enterprise.
Our personalised and flexible advisory services are provided not by consultants but by specially recruited contractors who run actual social enterprises. Our aim is to provide real life knowledge and advice based on proven practical experience of a successful track record in the social enterprise or not-for-profit sector. Our advisers can help deliver your vision.
We have split the advisory services into six functions:

Although we work primarily from our offices in Auckland and Christchurch we can travel nationwide to ensure not-for-profit leaders and social entrepreneurs can access the support, advice and guidance they need.

We will initially ask you some details to help us better understand your needs and to determine whether you would benefit from training or tailored one-on-one support to overcome a specific challenge or make the most of a business opportunity.
